Default 11's with boltons?

Is it possible to run into the 11's with just bolt ons? Stock long block and no power adders at full weight could it be done. Say like intake, exaust, converter, gears, and suspension stuff on drag radials. If so what stuff would be needed and of course this is for an ls1 car.

You'd have to have a crazy 60' and perfect air at a track close to sea level.

I cut mediocre 60's, like 1.87s or so, and run 12.3s. Granted that's in warm and humid weather, so I'm thinking it will be 12.1s or so this fall. But I have a moderate sized cam in mine (and no suspension other than drag radials).
