It's going to be hard to give you a definitive answer because "driveability" is all relative. A car that I think is a breeze to drive may be absolute hell to you, and vice-versa.

First thing is first, that is a huge cam. The car is going to shake violently unless it's had poly motor mounts installed.

Who tuned the car? 99% of driveability is in the tune.

Do you plan to drive the car daily?

Is it an auto or M6? what gears/and or stall?
The biggest factor is the tune.

Ya im probly gonna drive that daily, for a little while, until i save up and buy a civic or another ford tempo. But the car does have solid poly mounts on it, and the guy said that Newtech tuned it. By driveability i mean, not necessarily comfort, but i am used to a stock 98 Z28 M6, will i have to shift earlier? will it have trouble idling? basically im also asking if this is a sound setup or is there anything i will need to add to it? its got 4.10s and its an M6.

My car is cammed and I couldn't be happier with it. The tune is top notch and it's very reliable. That being said, I'd sell it before I'd drive it daily. But you can bet your *** if it's Friday or Saturday night, my cammed beast is on the streets around here...

Never heard of Newtech. You may want to call them up and ask about the car, and the tune. Get their opinion of the car and it's setup before you buy.

This car isn't going to drive like stock. The gears are indeed going to make you shift sooner because the RPMs will rise faster.

It shouldn't have trouble idling - if it does, I'd get it re-tuned.

Seems like a sound setup, but there is no way anybody can be positive without looking at the car. If you know anybody with a cammed LS1, take a ride with them or if they'll let you, drive their car. It'll give you a good idea of what to be looking for.
