NGK TR55 spark plugs copper or v-power

which NGK TR55 spark plugs doe's the LS1 use NGK copper or v-power?

and is .040 to small a gap?

V power copper.

.040 is too low a gap for those plugs. If you need to go that low, get the TR5's.
