Has anybody had.....
Has anybody had problems with their front o2 sensors "not lighting" due to the long tubes being long? My muffler guy told me I need to get my front o2 sensors desensintized (rears are sims). Is this true? Could it be that they just need to be replaced? Also how does one know they need to be replaced? Could I just weld another/closer bung. I've been riding like this for 1 year, I'm tired of the SES light.

You monitor the O2 switching values with tuning software. Like HPTuners. Some tuners will modify the switching values. Others have bought vette rear O2's for use on the front with headers; they have a better heater in them ( vette rear o2's )

Are the vette rear O2's a good fix or just a bandaid? I need to replace them anyway (never been replaced, 97,000 miles) Couldn't I just move them further up the collector. And what year vette, the 99 c5?
