Need To Dump Loudmouth Fellas, I'm in Massachusetts with noise *****. My LM is way too loud. I haven't tried but I think I would be hard-pressed to get a sticker now. I'm thinking about a Hooker to keep costs and noise down. Would that be a good choice? Anything under $500.00 that would be better? What about welding a muffler in my LM?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. As the situation is now, I'm screwed.

Maybe just swap out the LM resonator for a regular bullet. LM is supposed to be loud as hell with headers, which you have. You can get a bullet for like 30 bucks from Summit, get it welded in for another 20 or so.

Thanks dude, any brand name I can look for (bullet)?
If I don't go the bullet route, I might need to get the SLP Dual/Dual to be sure of passing. The cops told me that I can't have anything but the stock exhaust, and the SLP could pass for stock, but the bottom line is that I know if I can get it quieter than the LM I can pass.

I'm pretty sure both of the LM exhausts are 3 inch.
