Mac headers install kit where to get?
-reuse stock manifold bolts
-buy new GM metal gaskets
-only other bolts are for the y-pipe to collector flange, so you can get pretty much any length that will fit through and use washers and a nut on the opposite side. (dont depend on the threads in the flange to hold)

Here's what i would do....
Go to one of the sponsors (speed inc, or thunder racing are my favorites)
Get:
Stage 8 Locking fastners Hex head
GM Metal Gaskets
O2 extensions (i dont know if they are needed for the macs or not....)
O2 sims, if you aren't going to delete them
1 3/8 inch expansion plug for your intake if you are going to delete egr and air

You don't need O2 extensions. the passanger side will reach without the problem. The driver side, you need to unhook the little bracket and pull the harness. Do a search on my name in this forum and you'll find more info. But no doubt - it will reach. Don't waste your money on extensions !!!!
I reused stock header bolts and gaskets. All you need to buy is bolts for Y-pipe ! You can get those from any hardware store...
