AC Problem
AC Problem It blows cold fine, however, air only comes out of the vents at the bottom, the top of the dash (defrost so to speak) vents work fine, but the vents across the front of the dash, above the stereo head unit, on top of the headlight controls, have NOTHING coming out from them--any ideas?

Yes, recently the whole engine was pretty much overhauled along with the tranny and rear--so the entire car has pretty much been apart, but the engine was never out of the car. It is likely possible that someting is not hooked up. Nothing has dropped down a vent that I know of. Where exactly is this line going into the HVAC door--not following!
I am not real sure exactly were it is, but a good starting point is to look behind the A/C, Defrost, Vent switch. Should be a vacuum still connection there. Maybe see if it is working properly. If that looks OK, then trace the vacuum line for the Vent function to see if it is connected at the door.

If I recall correctly isn't there a vacuum line at the back of the engine that people sometimes pinch when installing an intake that causes this problem? Just another thought.
