i want to get some pacesetters and ORY, dont have many mods but if i get this, will i have to get a tune for the car as well?
if so how much will the tune cost?
and w/ and w/o tune about how many tenths can i shave off the 1/4 mile?

 

you don't HAVE to get a tune, but you SHOULD get a tune. . . only because you'll probably run a little rich. But it's not mandatory as if you had a cam. . . about the times, i don't think it'd be drastic.
