Default Need input on selecting pulley

Ok, I've done some research and have narrowed my choices down to either the ASP or the ATI Super Damper...

I have no A/C, no huge stereo, very little electronics, I will be removing power steering when I get my skinnies...

The best I can gather is the ATI was the better pulley due to the damper and the SFI spec... However, those were from older posts... According to Thunder Racings website, the ASP is now SFI 18.1 and has a balancer now...

The obvious benefits of the ASP right off is the price... But is it a quality piece?

I like the fact that the ATI is available w/o the A/C belt grooves...

ATI is only 10% underdrive, ASP is 25%... ASP makes more power??

So with that said... HELP!!!!!!

ATI has always made a great product, but in this case the ASP will produce/release more power and is cheaper. It seems to be the favorite with the members on this board. I haven't heard of many problems with the ASP either. I'm thinking of picking one up as well.

SLP Harmonic Balancer/Underdrive Pully is another option people like for their car.

The SLP/PowerBond pulley is a higher quality piece with a better design (deep belt grooves) than the ASP in that price range.

I have the ASP and have had no problems. Just make sure you get the right belt when you order it. I think thats where most people that have had problems run into them at..

I wasnt going to say it, but since someone already did, I have the SLP one and am happy with its performance. It is a good sturdy piece, has the SFI 18.1 and the high belt retention walls are an added bonus. The only thing I dont really like about it is that it is silver in color, I thought it was black, but I cant really see it from the engine bay. After installing it I noticed that the car wold rev up a little easier than before. I know everyone doesnt really care for SLP, but their under drive pulley is the goods!
