I've seen tips like that on Mufflex exhaust systems. Go to http://www.tbyrne.com/ls1catalog.html and click on "exhaust" (on the left), then scroll down till you see Mufflex and look at the pic. I think that's what you're looking for.
Also, I think B&B used to sell a system with tips similar to those.
