exhaust ?????

I assume you are trying to ask whether 2.5" piping or 3" piping is better with a supercharger?
Well we need more info. What's the spec of the motor, how much BHP do you expect it to make.
Are you running LT's/Cats
What sort of muffler are you going to use.
Is the car lowered and what is the car going to be used for?
Is it a Y or dual setup?
If it's a street car, running with a few bolt ons and a blower @ ~7psi then I assume you'll be making 440-480rwhp.
In that case a 3" Y setup should be used. But 2.5" duals would be fine. If you want cats then the only ones that will flow well enough that I know of are Random Technology 7000 series Metal Matrix ones. You'll need the 3" inlet/outlet ones.
You're also going to need some decent mufflers that flow well. Take a look at Classic Chambered Exhausts (use Google). These are similar to what GMMG use. They outflow most of the other mufflers I've seen.
If it's a race car or you're pushing for 600rwhp or more then a 4" Y would be better and even better would be 3" duals. CATS will be restrictive on this amount of power, but probably not too bad (I mean what is 10-15bhp on a 650+bhp motor??).
