A/C clutch/pulley removal question

A/C clutch/pulley removal question Does anybody know how to remove this assembly from the compressor? I am changing out the compressor. Should I also change out the bearing? Car is 8 years old.

I know those parts are available separately, though.
Believe it or not, the GM price for me was about the
same as a large AC specialty warehouse in the area.
