Default A/C clutch/pulley removal question

Does anybody know how to remove this assembly from the compressor? I am changing out the compressor. Should I also change out the bearing? Car is 8 years old.

Maybe I should re-phrase the question. Does the new a/c compressor come with the pulley and clutch? Thanks.

Every one I've bought over the years was complete, a
direct swap. In fact I recently replaced mine. As far as
I know those parts are available separately, though.
Believe it or not, the GM price for me was about the
same as a large AC specialty warehouse in the area.

Rock auto has the remanufactured unit for $264.00 plus shipping.
