annoying squeek only when temperature outside is low
hey guys
strangest thing
i have a squeek, like a pulley sounding squeek, really badly when the temperature outside is cold
i drive when its 50 degrees out for example, squeek squeek squeek all the way, regardless of engine temp...
drive the next day when its 70 degrees out for example, no squeek at all
im thinking maybe when my belt tensioner was cracked it wore some grooves into the belts or widened them or whatever....had the belt tensioner replaced (and the water pump) and it has gotten worse since when its cold
crank pully seems to have a little wobble to it...lil more than im comfortable with honestly
any ideas?

Of course. That's when the f-bodies squeak the worst.
My pewter Z has seemed solid as a rock: no squeaks, rattles, grinds, etc.
Now that winter is getting here and it's been under 32 degrees lately? Sounds like I'm driving an 82 Camaro instead of an 02. *HISS*SQUEAK *EEK* BAM* RATTLE*
