^Hehe, I've been seeing that picture for almost 2 years now. I just haven't heard of it being released. Is it really out? Last I heard, they promised it would be released Spring 2005.

I too have seen pictures of the BBK for a while. Summit was advertising them, but I didn't really follow up on it.

Ok Bird-Of-Prey, I assume you've got it bolted up. Do you have a SOTP assessment?

^ Very interesting.
Any noticeable gains (either SOTP, dyno or track?)

I did finally get it installed last weekend. No dyno numbers or anything but definitely a SOTP improvement. I was worried that I might lose some bottom end torque because the plenum, runners, ports, and opening are much larger than the stock manifold. It's just the opposite for me. Hard to tell about the mid-range. Upper end definitely pulls harder. Used to kinda lay over in the upper rpm's, now it just keeps pulling. Can't wait to hit the laughing gas. Anything below 1500 rpm's with the old manifold and the car used to lug and beg me to downshift. Now I've had it all the way down to 1000 rpm's in third and fourth gear and rolled the throttle and it just pulls smoothly. I do have the BBK throttle body also so this might help being a matched set-up. Also the stock manifold in the pics is a LS1 not an LS6. I believe the only real difference in those two are that the LS6 has lowered the plenum floor for a little more volume (thus the flat bottom). And redesigned the runners for better flow. I'm not sure of anything else so the pics should be good for comparison purposes.
