That thing sounds so mean, and probably more so in person. Now all you gotta do is dyno it and see how much power those headers allowed through.

Man that sounds Mean. I had an electric cutout on my LT1 where the cat should be at it sounded a bit like that on idle but the LS1 growls compared to the LT1 when you rev it. Must be the different firing order.

I have a European model 99 Z28 and it has a noise reduction package it sucks ( single tail pipe )

I have never herd such a quiet American V8 before I am gonna change it to a duel outlet when my parts arrive from the USA. i kept the electric cutout from my LT1 and I may fit it to the LS1 aswell.

Does anyone have a video of an LS1 witha cutout?

Cheers Andy

Sounds mean! The idle is definitely LS1-sounding, but that rev sounds like a pissed LT1 or small-block with GMMG! Great sound!

What kind of paint did you use on the rear bumper? I was thinking about doing that to my t/a. It's silver, I have black zr-1 wheels and the black t/a side vinyl badge pieces I keep meaning to put on, I think it would be a nice contrast on the body. Kind of tie in with the black and silver theme I have going on.

Camshaft Specs: Valve Lift Duration@.050
in: .576" 234º
ex: .571" 228º
Centerline - 112º
