Default Clearance issue with 4" Mufflex?

I'm in the process of installing a 4" mufflex on my car now and it seems like the over-the-axle pipe is going to rattle pretty bad on the upper heat shield, anyone else have a problem with this? I slide some rubber fuel line on the upper PHR to prevent the pipe from rattling but I am almost certain that it's going to rattle on the heat shield? I want to keep the heat shield also, so telling me to take it off isn't going to help.

Thanks

I believe it'll just take some fine tuning to get it to fit just right. Clamp it all together at first, then drive it and keep adjusting it here and there as you go. You can get it to where nothing will rattle, then weld it up. That's how one of my buddies did his Mufflex system.
