Default Air Pump Removal Question

I just removed the air pump from my 2000 Corvette. What do I need to do with the line that is like a vacuum line attached right at the air pump?

Not sure, the vacuum line on my WS-6 was at the back of the intake manifold, which I plugged and secured to something back there.

The only lines attached to the pump were the large AIR lines, which are in a box in the garage now along with all the egr stuff.

Same here. If it's a tiny vacuum hose, then it's probably the same hose us f-body guys have at the back of the intake manifold. Yours is probably just routed a different way. Does is happen to run through a part of the AIR system that looks like an older EGR valve?

I plugged my vacuum line with a screw lathered in thread locker.

pull the line out from the back of the intake and find a new connection for back there. if i recall (its been a few years now), you can use all stock connections without plugging any up (somehow)

Yeah it is not on the air pump itself, it is on what looks like an older EGR valve. So should I just plug it off or what?

Yes, plug in securely, and tie it down to something so it doesn't flop around.
