you will also loose some torque running straight headers. As long as your o2's arent close to fresh air, then they shouldn't be affected much at all.

No I am not trying to Mess w/ you I'm trying to get facts. Pros and Cons. Would liek to see what could be done, what should/shouldn't be done, what harm can occur etc. I'm on a pretty strict budget if its safely avoidable why not score the opportunity?

Also I am sure I am not the only one questioning thing, I am sure all the guys running around going to shops and runing without their catback for a limited time, will post up and make threads asking about it... which coinsidently was what caused me to make this thread. I have run my Trans Am to Speed Inc in schaumburg, IL which is about 30-40 min away from me open headers to get y GMMG cut to fit my QTP Y. I never at that time saw any consern w/ running open headers, but now i see posts about it quite often.

Thank you for your time, and if anybody would like to further contribute to this thread w/ some "TECH" it'd be greatly appreciated opinions welcome as well, just no criticism, thank you
