i believe idle should be .50-.65 volts and WOT is anything above 4

Good info on the tb porting. What grit sanding drums/flapwheels are you guys using?

I see some people filling in the idle air holes with epoxy before porting. Is it worth the extra work to do it? Any down side? What type of epoxy is used? Thanks

most say the epoxy is a bad idea because down the road the epoxy may break down and any particles going into the intake is a bad thing.

I ported by TB today, and everything went pretty well. I only got to sand it down with 400 grit sand paper though. Will that affect performance at all? Will the smoothest finish possible yield the best results, or would it be very minimal?
