Default O2 sensor thread size

Can somebody tell me what thread the Front O2 sensors on a F body are? I pulled my pipes of today for some work, and the O2 sensor was galled pretty badly. I got it out, but will need to chase the threads in the bung before putting the new one in. I had coated this one liberaly with never-seize when I put it in, so I am unsure why it galled so bad! I am not very good at guessing metric threads, and don't want to just start buying taps until I find the right one!

Its the same size as the spark plug thread reamers they sell at autoparts store. 14mm I think? Most of the spark plug thread chasers come with two sizes on it.
