De-screen MAF...worth it
my car ran lean after i took mine out, and it also ran like ****.... its not worth it, you don't want to have to buy another MAF like it didn't 
i hear its a hit or miss though.... but the benefits just don't seem to out weigh the risk

Gains are minimal, risks are not.
