FYI, guys flip the set screw over to make it easier to adjust the TB blade.

Also, if you have a big cam, drilling a hole is necessary to get your IAC counts down. Adjusting the set screw alone can get you in trouble with a big cam. Pounding the set screw down too much will land your TPS sensor in the region of 0.7V which will put you in the wrong fuel trim cell. Just my 0.02
