Tornado.. What are your gains? Im just posting to see what the average gains are with the tornado. At first i thought it couldnt be true but im a believer now!! It kinda pisses me off that a few of you hate them so much and never tried it.
I've spoken with a few mechanics and they say that the airflow turbulence is good and helps mix the fuel.
My results have been great. I have gained 0.2 in the 1/4 with just the tornado

I'm sorry but we spend all kinds of money to open up our intake tracks to get better performance, and now we're supposed to put a piece of metal in there that blocks that air flow and causes turbulence but yet somehow increases power? 
It doesn't work (well on port fuel injection anyway). It was dyno proven at one point on this very board I believe. You could have taken it out and seen no difference if not a couple more tenths dropped I bet ya. Cool weather will do that.

IDK if this is a serious poll and everything, but all I have heard about those is that it disrupts the air comming into the mass air resulting in more problems than if left without, can someone fill me in?
You're smoking crack if you think a tornado will drop .2 off your 1/4 times. Like Kurt D said, that could be anything, from weather to a better launch to you name it. Whatever it was, it wasn't the tornado.
