LTs ORY, stock muffler
LTs ORY, stock muffler so on my TA, I went from stock muffler, to hooker, to GMMG and now back to Hooker on stock manifolds
I know I know, GMMG was nice but I didnt have any choice , I needed to quiet it down for 2 months with stupid landlords, anyways...
My question is how loud is :
LTs, ORY with stock TA muffler?
is it louder thans GMMG on stock manifolds,
I just want to get an idea before I go with LTs ORY this summer, I ll have the cut out to open whenever I feel like
please let me know about loud at idle, wot , and ost importantly cruising on 6th

trouble is what is loud? I don't think my TR7 is loud, but my friends/family say it is.
I have no proof but IMO the GMMG on stock headers/cats was probably louder than LT's ORY with stock catback. The GMMG should also have sounded better.
I'll also vote for keeping the Hooker, if you really are worried get a catted Y. A good set of cats won't really cost you any HP but it will help with noise supression.

actally I know I want to go ORY and be able to switch from stock muffler, hooker, magnaflow, flowmaster ( I know I know, but sound good )
I not asking about how to do this modular thing , I was just wondering how quiet would be the stock muffler on lts ory
I m sure it ll be quieter than my GMMG
for the money I sold my GMMG I can get lts ory now !

On my big cam/head car I had longtubes, off road y pipe & gmmg. I changed from gmmg to stock ws6 catback for the same reasons and it was very quiet. I would compare the sound level to a bone stock ls1 with a magnaflow muffler. But beware it is quiet but what tone it does give off is not very pleasing... i ripped it off in a week.

thanks for letting me know how quiet it is, now magnaflow on stock manifold kind of sound level , I can live with that !
