Couple bolt on ?'s.
Couple bolt on ?'s. I ported by TB last weekend, but didnt spend much time polishing it. (only had 400 grit sand paper) Im wondering if its worth the time to fully polish it? I dont really care about the looks. It also seems that the throttle return spring isnt *quite* as strong as before I disassembled it. Is that normal> Also, I am going to do a cam swap in may and I have a march UD pulley at home, what is the crank bolt size that I need? It came with an extra bolt, but I will probably put a new bolt in when I do the cam swap. Thanks.
yes you need a new crank bolt. don't worry about the tb, any more time is going into the bling factor not performance. don't know about the spring though someone help me out.
I ported my throttle body last week and I polished the sh#t out of mine. i just wanted to make sure I was making the most of my time by taking the whole fricken thing off in the first place. On mine the spring is still as strong as it was before and I just put it on the same way I took it off.
Thanks for the opinions guys. The blade still closes fine, with plenty of pressure, but it just doesn't seem like its as strong as before. If it works fine on the car ill just say **** it.
