Talking Ported and painted FAST 90 pics

This is my FAST90MM intake manifold. I have dismantled it, shaved the logos off, sprayed it, and ported the runners. Some of these pics blow, but you get the point, and some are excellent quality.

Shaved manifold (top piece only)

These pics were taken with no porting done - notice the ridge inside the runners? That had to go

Here are some of the runners after porting - an outside view...

Here is an inside view of an unported runner, again, notice the ridge. This thing kills airflow.

Here are some inside views of ported runners.

Here is the painted top piece - looks stealthy...

I did not attempt to do port matching. I don't have the know-how and I don't want to destroy my intake.

I used several coats of primer, and then painted it with engine block black enamel.

You will have to portmatch also for better performance. He epoxied port floor for a better match. Read post #11 hear. https://ls1tech.com/forums/advanced-engineering-tech/457394-manifold-test-afr-225-a.html

I want to paint mine but I dont think it would look good with the painted to match fuel rail covers right next to the intake. It would be to much pewter in one spot.

I am getting ready to paint mine next week. It will be gloss black with red fast and white wilson logo. Along with red valvecovers and coil brackets. I have red anodized fast rails. And a perdy billet TB with a billet N2O ring.
