Buy the kit from Speed Inc. Comes with EVERYTHING you need. You WILL throw a code, live with it or get it deleted.

sorry not to steal the tread but if you have a 98 i assume its best to leave the EGR and AIR untill you get a cam with enough overlap it takes care of that? TIA

can the obdII scanner at autozone delete the code or do i need some other kind of tuner?

tuner i am assuming but you have a 98 like me and keeping the EGR is probably better i am assuming but waiting for someone to answer my above question basically can you remove the AIR and EGR without an huge overlapping cam

The scanner at Autozone is just a scanner. You will need tuning software like HP Tuners/EFILive or a tuner shop to disable the DTC's for EGR.

well i learned my friend has an obdII scanner thing that can delete codes, so that should work right? i dont know why it would have to be ls1 specific.
