Headers Leak !!

Headers Leak !! Hi everyone, while i was driving my car i heard the ticking sound get louder and louder, then i realized that i have some leak from the headers ,when i opened the hood it was like that,,the bolt had been loosen and the gasket has been cut into two..is it the air vavle !!
do i need to get a new gaskets ?
or some silicon will do ??
and how can i reach to that deep area,,it sucks.. i cant put my hands there
I can't tighten that screw
i'm using pacesetters.. check pics

I went to the dealershop and he doesn't have the gaskets !! and I couldn't wait.so I bought a PLANT FIBER GASKET !! it's like a big thick piece of paper, thats what is written on it,and doubled it,cut it at the same size of the stock gasket ..it worked fine,the leak stopped,,I don't know if it's gonna last long !! 
You CAN tighten that screw, it's just not as easy.
Use 1/4" drive ratchet, with an extension, and a swivel head. Bolts have been tightened/loosened in MUCH tighter places than that my friend! At least you can see the bastard!
Ratchet wrenches are a wonderful thing, you might want to look into a set.

i agree with you on the ratcheting wrenches.....definately a lifesaver!

New gasket and like Hawk said do the restictor mod as well. Then tighten them down good...maybe some high temp silicone as well.
