hmm fiber glass might work.. or a small peice of plexy glass and plasitc weld.. you can use damn near anything that isnt going to leak. a peice of threaded aluminum with 2 nuts and a washer to seal it. take the seal that was in there and go to a hardware store , thats what i did for my egr .. cake i found a "toilet plug" fit perfects after a razor blade modification to it.

I went to Menards and bought a "Knock Out Seal" that is labeled 3/4" The subtext says its "For closing exposed Holes in an Outlet Box or Metal Enclosure" and its found in the Electrical Department. All it needs is to be painted and it fits perfectly!

I have two more (lost 1 somehow) so if anybody needs one i'll put it in an envelope and mail it off, just pm me!

I need to get the pics back up on my server but I can almost gurantee this is the same exact piece SLP uses.

I am just going to take my lid to home depot first and see if I can find something to fit, if not, then I will try the plenty autoparts stores around the city and IF that doesnt work, well my dad is a pipe-fitter for GM, I am sure he can find something.....

if you didnt care how it looked, you could just gorilla glue a piece of black plastic over the hole.....

I used a PVC pipe plug from Lowe's/HD. Painted the head flat black so it matched the lid. Just measure the ID of the hole and head for Lowe's.

i picked up a tire patch kit from wal-mart for $2. used the big patch to seal the air tube and the smalled patches to seal my old n2o holes. Been holding for over 2 years now.

Same thing I did, picked it up at autozone. It was a little loose in mine so I just glued it on.

Here is the Caplugs part installed:

Part number BPF-1 1/8-6 is the one pictured. I'm the one who originally suggested this part, I know a few others here have used this one as well.
This is 1.125" diameter, the hole diameter in my SLP lid is the same so it's obviously a tight fit but seals up nicely. It's a flush mount.
The other part number listed above is 1.032", slightly smaller than the hole, it may fit a bit loose ? I'm not sure I haven't tried it.

There are so many plugs in the damn place. Hell try the adult toy store. I've been told that place is full of plugs.
I used a cabinet door hole plug from lowes that was $0.89 and a rubber band for a seal. There are pics around here somewhere of it.

Why not try black tape? It worked for me for a while until I switched to the volant cai.
