I installed a cutout on my stock 2002 Z28 exhaust system. I picked up some power. I had it closed for street driving and opened it up for the track. Recently I used a few washers to crack it open a little while street driving. Kind of loud still but not obscene loud when I get on it.

He pretty much nailed it. Using the washers is a great cheap way to adjust volume. You WILL TURN HEADS. All for?? $50-60
I like QTEC more because he is in NJ, he is a forum supporter, and I would bring it to him to install....
But what is most important to me is which is the better system
