My Appologies to FLP... Read inside! After briefly talking to Mitch at FLP today about the missing parts I found out much of what I heard from a couple other vendors wasnt true! My fault for jumping to conclusions over the missing parts and Im glad FLP took care of me in the end! Thanks Mitch for the help and I will continue to sell your products for the superior customer service offered in shipping the missing parts to me!

Yeah, I was just unhappy for a number of reasons, one being the customer was waiting for over a month when I was told 1 week (supposedly the vendors fault, not FLPs, but either way im not going to point fingers) and the other was once the car was here and apart I realized that the missing clamps are required for this car to leave the shop... so at this point (when I made the first post) I was a little angry... I mainly felt bad for the customer though, I strive on having the best customer service possible to achieve repeat visits... hard to do when it looks like im lying to my customers. Im glad Mitch could accept my appologies though and we got everything straightened out! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Good to hear you got it all straightened out. Those folks up at FLP are pretty good guys. They sent my new set of clamps out the same day I ordered them and I had them in 2 days. Great customer service. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
