I'm happy with my Pacesetters....not sure what that talk of trimming your K-member is though. Mine fit fine, had to trim off some, on the rear end of the y-pipe (also pacesetter).
You could also check into the Edelbrock Ti-tech coated headers. Some of my friends run them, and seem to be pleased...They're also a good price.

We installed a set of Flowtechs on my cousins 98 Z-28....and no exhaust leak whatsoever
