Default GM Injector Options

Does anyone know what other GM vehicles have injectors (higher flow) that would fit an LS1? Maybe the Vortec truck engines?? Is there any easy way to find out the specs?

the grand prix gtp's have like 30#'s i THINK, but any ford (bosch) injector will work with your computer such as 36#'s and 42# svo injectors.

I am running Pontiac GTP injectors and they are pretty darn big, but the pcm can be programmed to work. They work out to like 39.5 lb injectors.

I got the price on those GTP injectors and they are $51 each dealer cost and $100 retail! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> Does anyone have a suggestion on where to get some injectors? I am looking to run a max of 450 at the wheels. Initially, I am going to be running a 6 lb powerdyne with no FMU. I am going to set up a good fuel system and get it programmed or do it myself (still undecided).

Thanks for the info.

I believe the Ford '86 TBI injectors are 72 lbs@39 PSI which would make them flow 88 lbs/hr in our cars.

try this guy:

valvegod@aol.com

GTP injectors should be less than $250 for a set, low or no mileage.

Nasty, on my H/C '99 (same size injectors as an '00) I was running at 103% duty cycle at the top end of WOT. On a strong H/C package for our years, it's close I guess.
