Headers or LS6 Intake?
Headers or LS6 Intake? I need help deciding which mod I should do next to my car. I either want to purchase the LS6 intake or MAC headers w/offroad pipe. Which would give me the better hp gains? My mods so far are as follows:
FRA, EGR mod, Lid, hurst shifter w/shortstick

You will see a very minimal gain with the ls6 intake, but with the headers there will be around a 20hp gain, give or take a little. Also the ls6 intake will give you more hp after you have headers so get it second.

Go with the headers you and off road ypipe.I would go with the macs you will be more than happly.Screw the intake manifold until you get a cam.The car really doesnt need to breath right now because its stock.The stock manifold will be more than enoguh for what you have.When you get a cam then you will need that manifold.
