BROKEN CORSA I have a broken baffel inside my corsa muffler. Has anyone ever had this happen to them and will corsa warrenty the problem. The exhaust is a year old but has only 6000 km on it! Thanks

Re: BROKEN CORSA OHHHH YA can you ever tell it is broken!!! I sound like a civic!!! It rattles at idel so bad you can't even hear the lump from the cam!! It kinda sounds like the exhaust is gonna fall off it. like it is loose!! Not pretty now I am walkin cuz I am ashmed of the sound it is makin!!! I hope it is under warrenty!!
Re: BROKEN CORSA Mine did the same thing a couple months ago.Just call Corsa and tell the m your problem.They sent me another muffler,arrived in 5 days.Then I sent back my old one.All for free.They have excellent customer service <img border="0" alt="[judgement]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" />

Re: BROKEN CORSA Call Corsa and ask for Paul-he will take care of you!! I have the same problem as you right now.. I am taking the car up to them for a free muffler, and for them to straighten the system, since it just dosnt fit right. I have other business up there that day(Fri June 7th), so I am stopping buy for the work, and a plant tour.
I will post after the fix next Fri. Mine rattles BAD, and since day one. Only 2000 miles on it so far. Good Luck!!

Re: BROKEN CORSA I had the same problem twice now. Lets hope the third muffler I got lasts longer then the three months the other two did. they replace it for free each time but removing and reinstalling has become difficult because the pipes that clamp to the muffler get tighter each time. Re: BROKEN CORSA My Corsa muffler did the same thing a few months ago. I called them and they sent me new muffler under warranty and I sent the old one back. I have never delt with a company or for that matter sales and service people that have been so open and understanding about there products!! Thank you very much sales and service!! Keep up the amazing work and Paul thank you for the amazing service!! And they said these new ones are ready for a beatin.. he said it shouldn't happen again, but if it does oh well. Now I canj fully appreciate spending all that money instead of buyin a cutout or flowmasters !!!
