believe you are mistaken the Jet Hots have a 3/8" flange and 16 gauge steel that is the same for the Pacesetters the Hookers are 5/16" flange and 18 gauge steel. I prefer the Jet Hots over the Pacesetters IMO just a little better fit on everything I have installed lots of both. But the Pacesetters are cheaper. Good luck!
X2 Could not have said it better myself!

I've had the Jet Hots on since early 03 and they have held up very well. Install was a breeze on 24" jackstands. They slid right in without notching or cutting. Just remove a few heatshields, oil filter and plate along with the steering shaft.

I installed pacesetters last week on my car, and they went in very smooth. No notching or denting anything.

i would get pacesetters..for the price you cant beat that, especially when they perform and put down numbers too.. but if i had the money to blow, i would get stainless works headers..they seem to be putting down really really good numbers..

Jet hots here, real good header. I had to grind a tiny bit of the K member on drivers side, otherwise great fitment. Coating is doing real well too.

I should point out that I am probably going to QTP though. I just want to give the high velocity setup a try. Plus I got a great deal on a used qtp y pipe, so might as well get the headers to match.

Relax, I didn't notch anything. All I did was take a file and remove a tiny amount from the K member. Took 30 seconds. Not a big deal at all, and you may not even have to worrr about it.

Sounds like the Jet Hotts are the best. I live in Ohio, so it is possible for my car o see salt, very rare since the car isn't driven in snow, but you occasionaly get caught in it. Does the Jet Hot stand up to salt? Also, what Y pipe DOES NOT BANG?

The pacesetters are the only ones I have ever heard of banging or having fitment issues.

Just buy the KOOKS. If you really want to save $ go with the Jet Hots.

ive had my jet hots for a year and 2 months now. on my car some clearencing was done on the drivers side and still banged a bit.no more banging now because it banged its self engough to stop.also i got rid of the y pipe and went with td's, that might have helped. i just went under the car yesterday and noticed the coating is getting rusty spots now and near the o2 sensor bung on the passenger-side it is rusting out. looked like it leaks i saw some carbon build up as well.

If you get a stiffer trans mount they should bang. I solved my banging issue by doing that, but I had true duals.
