Default Thinking of selling ASP pulley and getting ATI

I have a brand new ASP crank pulley that I never installed. Lately I've been thinking about selling it and getting a ATI Dampner instead. It won't underdrive as much, but I hear it it much better for safety and stability since it is a true dampner. I plan to build my car for the best safety and reliability as possible. Would it be wise of me to sell the ASP and get the ATI? Money isn't that big of an issue if it is the best, but I also don't want to spend that much money on nothing. Does anybody have the ATI.....what performance gain? Thanks in advance.

Also, which ATI should I get? There are a few choices: Steel shell or aluminum shell, 7.074" or 6.325" OD, 3-ring or 2-ring. Again, I want stability and performance gain if possible. Would the smaller diameter aluminum pulley provide the best power gain? What is the difference between the 3-ring and 2-ring? Thanks a lot.

I'm not to sure about your question but if you do get rid of the ASP pulley I'll buy it from you. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Good question, I'd like to know too!

Also, what about switching from an ASP, any performance loss, or will the lower weight (does anyone know how much) make up for the reduction in UD?
