Stock manifold bolt question HTF do you get these bitches out ? I already broke one stud , Does an impact wrench make it easier ? HELP !!!! I have soaked them overnite in liquid wrench with no luck !!!

Re: Stock manifold bolt question I’ve taken exhaust manifold bolts off about 4 different LS1 cars and never had an issue? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> Are they seized? How many miles on the car?

Re: Stock manifold bolt question yep , have 25,000 miles on it , I broke one stud off already , Im going to take it to an exaust shop today and see if they can help ! I hate like hell to pay someone for somthing I should be able to do myself !!!! Grrrrrr !!!

Re: Stock manifold bolt question I only broke one of mine off during my header install. Sucks but when I my dealership done it, they replaced the entire manifold. I am sure you can drill it out and have a bolt welded back in place.
