Vent only comes out the bottom??

Vent only comes out the bottom?? When I turn my AC or vent on, it only comes out the bottom. I do have my driver side dash torn apart since I just installed a clutch, so do you guys know if those panels route the air up to the upper vents??

It got fixed under warranty each time so I can't remember what it was exactly I think it was something about a vacuum something or other... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Re: Vent only comes out the bottom?? well i think it might be because I poked a hole in my AC condenser tube and all the coolant leaked out. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> I'm fixing it tonight and having it recharged so hopefully that will fix it.

Re: Vent only comes out the bottom?? The air director is controlled by vacuum. The vacuum line is plugged into the back of the intake manifold near the electrical connector...its a very small vacuum line, not the big fatty for the brake booster.
If its disconnected, your vents will be stuck in one position.

Re: Vent only comes out the bottom?? there is a tube that is there but it was (i think) attached to the tube that was on the AIR pipes. Does the tube that you're talking about start on the passenger side?? It looks like it goes up with a bunch of other wires into the dash.
