Importance of Injector Cone Spray Patterns??
I've found 3 injectors with the following specs:
30lb @ 4 bar (14.2* spray pattern)
42lb @ 4 bar (21.9* spray pattern)
50lb @ 4 bar (22.4* spray pattern)
Does anyone know what the stock spray pattern is and how much we can deviate?? What problems (advantages) with different degree patterns?

Mark,
Injector spray pattern goes in the basket with spark plug indexing. It doesn't matter a hoot.
If you are an OE and you're worried about the effect wall port wetting on emissions then you'd start looking at such things, but as enthusiasts we're essentially no better than a bunch of neandrothols trying to work on an f-16.
The difference in the larger injector's slower actuation time is going to cause a much more significant effect on how the engine runs than the spray pattern, and nobody worries about the actuation time.
