Getting o2 Simms, need help After searching it appears o2 simms only go on "post" cat, correct? My car is throwing some codes po420 being one of them along with misfiring. I was going to gut the cat, but what would I do with the front o2's? Do I need new ones there still, or can simms be put there?
you can delete your rear o2's but not your front unless you want to tune your car in open loop. go get your car tested to see exactly what codes you are throwing, then go from there.

you need front o2's, but not the rears. If you gut your cats you will need sims or get them tuned out.
I have some old cats if you want to buy them cheap. Then you can save your good ones. You might need them someday.....
