I know I just posted about the Mac y-pipe with the same question... basically... I'm tired of buying stuff and finding out about a bunch of fitment issues and stuff... since I'm in a tough situation and need a y-pipe solution, and Hookers are so cheap... I might as well go for it.
But before I do, I was just wondering if ANYONE could say anything negative about the Hooker LT + new y-pipe setup.
Also, I have a 2000, will I need the 98/99 LS1 EGR and Smog lines? To adapt it to the headers or do they make a proper setup to fit a 2000?

I have a set of Jet-Hot coated Hooker LT's and ORY waiting to get installed. When I was searching for a good set of headers I could not find one complaint about the fitment/quality of them. So far it seems like everybody really likes them.
I have a 2000 and yes, you have to either buy both the '98-'99 EGR tube and set of AIR tubes or, I guess, you can heat them up and bend them to fit. I just pulled my EGR and AIR systems off the car so I don't have to worry about that <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
