holley or k&n

this may be a dumb question, but is there any difference in using either one of these filters? i see most have the k&n, but is holley just as good?

Only difference... the K&N uses a POS gasket to make a fit our cars properly. For that reason alone, I'm buying a Holley to replace my K&N.

I've had both and without a doubt the Holley filter is better (much better), the Holley filter was made to work on the LS1 unlike the K&N which was not.
