Mufflex Sound...
I am seriously thinking about getting the Mufflex catback. I listened to the sound clip on their sight and it sounds pretty damn close to what i'm looking for. I am looking for a system without much rasp, but with a deep, exotic sound. Anyone have any opinions on this system?

Its got a nice tone to it. I had the 4" dual outlet version and it was ok. I didn't feel that it flowed as well as a 4" system should and was heavy but overall a good exhaust. It is far from exotic though. Its pretty deep but can be raspy without cats. All depends on a persons opinion. If its an a4 and you have a lot of coverter you normally stay out of the rpm range all the raspyness occurs
How about borla? I hear its pretty raspy, but i like the quad tips. What about magnaflow?
I have the 3.5" mufflex with the dual outlet spintec. I really like the sound. It has a higher pitch than most mufflers, sounds cool.

When running the closed plate then its pretty smooth but has a very distinct agressive tone over the stock system.

Sounds pretty damn deep to me on their website(nothing like a high-pitched Borla or LM).
