Paging CAMSS I read one of your posts regarding Long Tubes and SES lights and was curious about what you had to say. I recently installed my SLP Long Tubes and was not satisfied with the way the wire harness ran down. It is actually pressed against one of the primary pipes. It's been over 1,000 miles since my install and still no light. However, I thought about extending them but they are sensor wires and don't want to f with the resistence. What did you have replaced? Can you explain to me what you did or have done?

After replacing the o2 sensor (no dice), reseating *all* of the o2 sensors (still no luck), we finally traced it down to a faulty wiring extension harness on the drivers side. I got a warranty replacement from SLP and have had no problems at all!
And yes, the passenger side harness is touching, but we have it well-wrapped in the firesleeve - it shouldn't be a problem.
I am very happy with the SLP LTs! I just dynoed and they have added 22RWHP and 25RWTQ!!! Sweet!
And now they are helping my new cam breathe more deeply.
Ahhh... Life is good!
