Can MAFT be adjusted on the fly?

Just wondering if WOT can be adjusted on the fly or do you have to turn the vehicle off then back on to get it to work right? I have a dry kit and I know it would go lean if not adjusted..

interesting I could have sworn the instructins said it apply's everything only at startup and could not be adjusted on the fly.

I have adjusted the base on the MAFT while monitoring the MAF Freq with Atap and it changes with each click of the ****.

I've seen a setup that ran the box inside the car for adjustment on the fly.. literally.
