Default Anyone try the Bassani catback yet?

I’m pretty happy with my current exhaust setup, but I’m always willing to potentially try something new Still searching for the “perfect” setup.

So anyone try it yet? Gains? Track or dyno? How’s it sound with an ORY? And with cats?

Ryan...Your worse than me! Just keep the 2OTL set-up and SAVE your money.

Anyway, here's a TTT for you.

I heard it on a guy's SS who had a cam, and Mac's with ORY. And it was very quiet for me. It does sound very smooth and mellow, but to $$$ for me!!

Anyone else hear it/have it? Any reported gains?

Mike...somebody has to keep the LS1 catback industry going, might as well be me! Yeah, I like what I have but I always have a buyer for most of my stuff so any time I feel like changing I only take a small hit in price.

Ok, I e-mailed Angie at Thunder about this catback. Here is the info I got:

Ryan, I have not been able to hear one of these systems on a car yet, so I
can't tell you any definite info. I know that the Bassani systems we have
sold in the past have been very good sounding systems, but this is a new
muffler design that they are using. We have sold a few of them with good
feedback, but not to any of our local customers. You are welcome to check
back with me a later date and I can let you know if I get any more info for
you. Let me know if you have any more questions--
Thanks!

Angie

So it looks like the few owners out there are happy with them, but Thunder has not heard one yet.
