torque strap

torque strap my air lid keeps popping the clips and im wondering if a torque strap would help this problem. i tried modifying my bellows and the lid to an extent but the clips seem to pop off when i take it for a drive they do stay on when sitting. any ideas on what to do here or where do i get a torque strap and where do i put it if this would solve the problem!

Re: torque strap If your not running a FERNCO..
Sounds like the lid isn't istalled correctly.
Make sure the lip (in between the two front clips) is behind/or down in the groove in the lower radiator support.
