Default Torque spec for headers?

Just want to make sure I'm not gonna screw anything up. What should I torque the header bolts down to. Also, any tips for installing Macs with ORY?

I can’t remember the sequence, but I know it was 11ft-lbs on the first pass and 18ft-lbs on the second (and final) pass.

here is the detail
http://ls1info.com/article.php?sid=117

a.Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts a first pass to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).
Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts beginning with the center two bolts. Alternate from
side-to-side, and work toward the outside bolts.
b.Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts a final pass to 25 N·m (18 lb ft). Tighten
the exhaust manifold bolts beginning with the center two bolts. Alternate from
side-to-side, and work toward the outside bolts.

No diving for me. I'm all surface.

Take off the air pipes, EGR, coils and valve covers and they will go in smoothly from the top.
