Default Question with my Air Lid

I have the direct- flo Lid on my car along with the power shot filter. I have noticed the car seems to get better throttle response and pull harder out of the hole but it feels like it falls on its face then picks back up again? It is alot louder than before without the baffles and looks cleaner. I was told that it could be running lean now that I changed it? I was told to change the spark plugs because the factory weren't that good after this mod.

It seemed to pull harder at mid range with the stock setup. But it feels better out of the whole and on the big end. I hope all this makes sence to everyone. I am on no sleep for the past few days.
Thanks

What year car is it? What other mods do you have?

Stock plugs aren't that bad....

Best thing is to invest in Atap as soon as possible so you can see what is happening with the motor. Then get LS1 Edit so you can correct for it, or get a MAFT to correct it.... LS1 Edit is the better way to go.

Forgot to include my signature. I had a autotap for my mustang but sold it when I sold the car. I will be getting Ls1 edit as well as a GM autotap when the nitrious goes on. I only want to do a few mods at a time so if I have problems it's easier to troubleshoot it.
